Project Kanakaavati Roadmap
The construction of 247 temples under the name of “Kanakaavati Kshetramu” in association with the “Kanakaavati Kshetra Kaalachakra Foundation” is a grand spiritual and cultural endeavour which going to become a Sakala Jana Parihara Kshetramu to get rid from all the Prarabdha and Sanchitha Karma’s. The project is planned to be executed within 15 years in Three Phases by following a structured roadmap.

To establish Kanakaavati Kshetramu as a revered “Sakala Jana Parihara Kshetramu” and spiritually significant site, encompassing 247 temples, promoting cultural heritage and spiritual growth as mentioned in the “Taalaptra Grandhas” which are written by Maharishi’s
Mision
To construct and maintain the temples, manage associated facilities, and administer the Kshetramu in a transparent and sustainable manner, adhering to traditional practices and ethical principles.
Kalachakra foundation
Phase 1: Foundation and Planning (Years 1-3)
Land Acquisition (Year 1):
- Identify suitable 1000-acre land.
- Conduct due diligence for legal and environmental clearances.
- Negotiate and finalize land purchase agreements.
- Secure all necessary land registrations.
Legal and Regulatory Approvals (Year 1-2):
- Establish Kanakaavati Kshetra Kaalachakra Foundation as a legal entity.
- Obtain all required construction permits, environmental clearances, and religious permissions.
- Establish a legal team for ongoing compliance.
Fund Raising Strategy (Year 1-3):
- Develop a comprehensive fund-raising plan encompassing:
- Donations from individuals and corporations.
- Online crowdfunding campaigns.
- Organizing cultural and spiritual events.
- Seeking government grants and philanthropic contributions.
- Establish transparent financial management systems.
Cost Estimation (Year 3):
- Conduct detailed cost estimations for construction, materials, labour, and infrastructure.
- Develop a phased budget plan for each temple and associated development.
Temple Design, Layout and Planting of Trees (Year 2-3):
- Planting of different trees as mentioned in the Grandhas for developing Vana’s and Gardens.
- Engage experienced architects and temple design specialists.
- Develop standardized temple designs with variations for each of Pillars, Gopuram, Garbagudi etc. for the 247 temples.
- Create detailed site layouts, including roads, utilities, and community spaces.
- Create 3D models of the temples for public viewing.
- Selection of Granite stone, Construction Bricks etc..
Phase 2: Infrastructure Development and Initial Construction (Years 4-8)
Infrastructure Development (Year 4-5):
- Lay primary and secondary roads within the Kshetramu.
- Establish water supply systems, including borewells and reservoirs.
- Set up electrical power distribution and backup systems.
- Establish sewage and waste management systems.
Initial Temple Construction (Years 5-8):
- Begin construction of the first phase of temples, prioritizing a cluster of central temples.
- Carving of Pillars.
- Implement project management systems to monitor progress and quality.
- Hire skilled labour and construction teams.
Material Procurement (Year 4-8):
- Establish supply chain management for construction materials.
- Negotiate bulk purchase agreements to reduce costs.
- Ensure quality control for all materials.
Wagers Management (Years 5-15):
- Establish fair wages for all workers.
- Provide safe working conditions.
- Maintain good relationships with all workers.
Phase 3: Expansion and Community Development (Years 9-15)
Expanded Temple Construction (Years 9-14):
- Accelerate temple construction based on available funding and resources.
- Maintain strict adherence to design and quality standards.
Educational Systems (Years 10-15):
- Establish schools and educational institutions focusing on Vedic studies, arts, and sciences.
